TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL ("COA", "we", "our") is the publisher of the COA platform and the coa-platform.com website. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, in compliance with Cameroon Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on cybersecurity and cybercriminality, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international users.

Data you provide: name, email address, phone number, facility and role when submitting a demo request or contact form; newsletter subscription data (email).

Data collected automatically: pages visited, visit duration, browser type, device type. This data is aggregated and never contains medical information.

Clinical data: patient records processed on the COA platform belong to the contracting healthcare facility. COA does not access clinical data for purposes other than operating the service, in accordance with the processing agreements signed with each facility.

Your data is used to: answer your requests (demo, contact, pilot), manage your account, send you transactional communications, send marketing communications with your explicit consent, improve our services through aggregated statistics, and comply with our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data.

The API and platform services are currently hosted on Google Cloud (us-central1 region, United States). Pilot clinical data is also stored locally within the facility.

We are actively exploring hosting options in Africa to bring data closer to its users. This page will be updated as soon as an option is deployed.

In accordance with Cameroonian law and GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We maintain an incident response plan and will notify any breach affecting your rights within 72 hours.
