These terms govern the use of the coa-platform.com website and the COA platform, published by TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL, a Cameroonian company based in Yaoundé.

By accessing the website or platform, you accept these terms in full.

The COA platform is currently in development and pilot deployment preparation. Features described on this website may evolve, and their availability is indicated by status badges (in development, in testing, in pilot).

Nothing on this website constitutes a promise to deliver a feature by a given date.

You agree to use the website and platform lawfully, not to attempt to access unauthorised accounts or systems, and to provide accurate information when submitting requests.

The COA platform, its code, contents and brand are the property of TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

COA provides the platform as-is, within the framework of a supervised pilot deployment. To the extent permitted by law, COA's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. This clause does not limit liability in cases of gross negligence or violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Yaoundé.
