The general terms of use of the COA platform and the coa-platform.com website.
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern the use of the coa-platform.com website and the COA platform, published by TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL, a Cameroonian company based in Yaoundé.
By accessing the website or platform, you accept these terms in full.
The COA platform is currently in development and pilot deployment preparation. Features described on this website may evolve, and their availability is indicated by status badges (in development, in testing, in pilot).
Nothing on this website constitutes a promise to deliver a feature by a given date.
You agree to use the website and platform lawfully, not to attempt to access unauthorised accounts or systems, and to provide accurate information when submitting requests.
Healthcare providers enrolling on COA must hold valid professional credentials recognised by the Ordre National des Médecins du Cameroun (ONMC) or an equivalent professional body. COA reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts where credential fraud is suspected. Enrollment does not constitute COA's endorsement of any individual provider's clinical practice.
Facility subscriptions are governed by a separate Facility License Agreement ("FLA") entered into between COA and the subscribing healthcare institution. The FLA takes precedence over these terms with respect to facility-level services. Pricing, service levels, and data handling for facilities are defined in the FLA.
The COA platform, its code, contents and brand are the property of TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. Patient data and clinical records entered by users remain the property of the respective patients and healthcare institutions.
COA is a clinical operations management platform. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace professional clinical judgment. AI-assisted features (including SATS triage and clinical decision support) are tools to assist qualified healthcare professionals and must never be the sole basis for a clinical decision. COA does not assume liability for clinical outcomes.
COA provides the platform as-is, within the framework of a supervised pilot deployment. To the maximum extent permitted by Cameroonian law, COA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. COA's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to COA in the 12 months preceding the claim. This clause does not limit liability in cases of gross negligence or violation of applicable law.
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Yaoundé.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
