Data entry is designed to be fast and complete: consultation templates, ICD-10 codes for diagnosis, and structured prescriptions that feed directly into pharmacy and billing.

Structured orders linked to pharmacy, with interaction and allergy alerts.
Standardised diagnosis coding for better reporting and epidemiological follow-up.
Business rules that can never be bypassed: allergies, drug interactions, dosages, etc.
Care goals and steps shared across the whole clinical team.
The record stays accessible and editable without internet, with automatic sync when connectivity returns.
The module relies on 16 standardised encounter states (admission, consultation, observation, procedure, discharge, transfer, etc.) that describe every step of the patient journey. These states guarantee complete traceability and consistent reporting.
