The maternity module accompanies pregnant women throughout their journey: antenatal consultations (ANC), prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission (PMTCT), delivery with electronic partograph, and postnatal care.
It ensures continuity of care between the facility and referral structures, and feeds maternal and child health indicators.
Every key intervention (delivery, caesarean, transfusion, referral) is recorded with a time-stamp. This traceability improves care quality and produces the data expected by the national health information system.
