Become one of the first pilot sites of the COA platform: personalised support, free deployment and on-site team training.
The pilot programme is being prepared in Yaoundé — limited number of sites.
Before any rollout, COA must be proven in real conditions. The pilot programme is the core of our approach: we work with a small number of volunteer healthcare facilities to deploy, test and improve the platform together.
In exchange for their commitment, pilot sites benefit from free deployment and support for the whole duration of the pilot, and directly contribute to shaping the product.
Installation and configuration of the platform at your facility, free of charge during the pilot.
Full training of your teams (admission, clinical, pharmacy, billing, management).
A COA contact person for support, follow-up and adjustments.
Your feedback directly shapes the platform's development priorities.
Fill in the request form: we assess your facility's compatibility with the pilot.
Visit and study of your current workflows, interviews with teams.

Regular follow-up, feedback collection and continuous product improvement.
The number of pilot sites is deliberately limited to guarantee quality support. We favour varied facilities (public, private, faith-based) located near Yaoundé initially, and willing to commit to an iterative improvement approach.
