An offline-first, modular and secure clinical operations platform, built in Cameroon for African healthcare facilities.

COA brings together in a single platform the functions of a hospital information system: admission and triage, patient records, laboratory, pharmacy, maternity, billing and SNIS reporting. Everything is interconnected: each procedure automatically feeds the record, billing and statistics.

The platform is designed for Cameroonian and African realities: offline autonomy, adaptation to power and network constraints, and compliance with national and international reference frameworks.
